What happens if it rains?
The tour runs in the rain. Free raincoats are provided.
Even in the rain, seating is limited to the second floor, and the first floor is not available. No umbrellas allowed for safety reasons.
Can you hold my luggage?
A Luggage and stroller storage service is available. Items can only be stored during the bus tour.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes, you are welcome to join, but we require a companion to assist you. Please note that wheelchair seating is limited to the 1st floor. As spaces are limited, please consult with us when making your reservation.
Can I eat and drink on the bus?
You may bring drinks with caps or lids, such as plastic bottles and water bottles. Eating and alcoholic drinks are not allowed on board.
Is there a waiting room available?
We apologize, but we do not have a waiting room. Since the meeting location is outdoors, please ensure you dress appropriately for the weather and temperature.
Are multilingual guides available?
Yes, we will provide transceiver translation feature and earphones for all guests at the reception. Please note that the tour guide will speak Japanese only. The guide's announcements are translated into your language and delivered directly via voice and text.
Can I get off the bus during the tour?
For daytime tours, you may leave the tour at Nagoya Castle. Please inform the reception desk in advance. Your ticket will become invalid after leaving, and you cannot re-board. Please take all your belongings with you.
Is there a restroom on the bus?
No restrooms are available on the bus or at the reception area. There are no restroom breaks during the tour. Please use the restroom before boarding.
Can I make a reservation on the day of the tour?
Yes, you can book at the reception counter up to 30 minutes before departure (Cashless payment only). If you prefer to book online, reservations are available until midnight (12:00 AM) on the day of the tour.

Can minors join the tour without a parent?
Yes, but if you are under 18 and traveling without a parent/guardian, you need a "Parental Consent Form." Please bring it with you on the day.
If the forms are not submitted, participation may be denied, and no refunds will be given.
